IRISH JUMP
IRISH JUMP
This is a BRH term, anyway. A couple of sticks are wrapped into the top strands of an ugly bit of unmaintained, but necessary wire. They're usually made by staff trying to get somewhere in a hurry and, if good enough, seem to hang in there for years. They also entertain visitors.
